Graeme and Margi welcome you to Clarence House, a lovely old former Victorian gentleman's residence completely refurbished to include 3 warm and comfortable letting rooms. Two of those have en-suite shower, one is a twin, the other a double.The third double bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom and all three have power showers.All are equipped with flat screen digital televisions,alarm clock radios,complementary toiletries,hairdryers and full teacoffeehot chocolate making facilities with biscuits. Walkers and cyclists welcome and if you arrive soaking wet we will do our best to dry you out in our rear outer lobby for a very small charge ( to cover the heating cost only!) Evening meals may be available by special arrangement at additional cost. Off road parking usually available.We are situated about half a mile from the centre of the quaint ever-popular village of Shanklin, within a short downhill walk to the sandy beach.A guest lounge is available from 5.00 - 11.00pm. Most of the major stores are represented in Newport, the Isle's capital just a few miles away. There are a vast number of attractions throughout the Isle, all within very short distances to cater for all tastes.Guest lounge from 5.00pm - 11.00pm. Pets are not allowed. Special diets are not catered for. Smoking is not allowed. Permitted in garden only.
